Physical bullying When you hit or physically abuse someone.Some examples would be hitting someone,throwing something at someone.It is not always the first from of bullying. |
Cyber bullyingWhen you use social media as a way to offend or treat someone wrong.You may put hateful comments of peoples pictures. |
Bullying-
It is the act of using superior strength or influence someone in a bad way.Typically forcing one to do things that they do not like.Lot's of people yearly commit suicide because they are bullied and they cant stand the bullying anymore.Only 15% of students from grades (9-12) are bullied in the U.S.A.

Square dancing
History of Square dancing-Square dancing first started out in the 40's through the 60's.It is the national folk dance of the USA,but it is also danced in Canada.It was promoted in the 1930's by Lloyd Shaw.It is also called the "old time square dance".Nineteen states have issued it as there official state dance.Square dance is divided by different regional styles throughout the world.There are ties to the vigorous English Morris dancing that was done only by six very strong and aesthetic men in two lines of three using many move most square.
Experience Square Dancing-I did not like my experience it was very uncomfortable because my partner was very bossy and she was a feminist,she'd even snitch on us for doing nothing.Also when we had to do the move where we put our hands on our partners waist i didn't really enjoy that.But overall i would probably do it again just with a different partner.One more thing that i did not enjoy was having to do it for a whole month we missed soccer because of that.
Moves in square dancing- Some moves that are done in the dance are the allemande left,promenade,do sa do,swing,forward and back.Most of these moves were very hard because we did not really know how to do it at first.Then we learned and it got more easy the problem was that it was very boring to do it every day.

One Anger Management Essay-
Anger is when feel mad and you just want to punch something and you don’t really feel like talking to anyone.It can also be when someone does something to you that you don’t like.Or you just get very mad very quickly and you let it out on people that don’t really deserve it.When people can not control their anger they take anger management classes.In the classes they teach you how to control your anger and not to let it out on other people.
There are many techniques on how to control your anger but I will only be talking about 3.One way that you can control your anger is by breathing in and out and just think about what made you angry, and if your really want to a big deal out of it.Another way would be by taking a time out and just calming down before you do anything.Finally,the last thing you could do to control your anger is think about something funny,or just use humor so you could forgot about being mad.
When you know you need counseling is when you start to realease your anger on your own family or people that are very close to you.You should ask for counseling at that point.Two other ways that you can control your anger are by giving yourself time outs when they are needed.
